Beaches & Rum Punch, is there really anything else?
Anguilla is a special place where time feels different -- you seem to have all you need.
It's morning on your balcony, you're having breakfast at your leisure. Do nothing. Just sit and watch the beautiful view, then maybe take a dip in the pool just before lunch.
Or, take a long afternoon on the beach (there are 33 of them and each one is perfect)...grilling on the soft white sand, then cooling off in the clear turquoise sea -- it's the perfect day.
Later, you're back home for cleanup and a fresh set of clothes, then off to the poolside bar for a few drinks before dinner.
Do barbeque on the patio, or head out to one of the island's amazing restaurants -- either way, a fully gratifying dining experience.
This can be every day at Bellavista on Anguilla!
A three story villa atop a hundred-foot cliff which overlooks the Atlantic Ocean, Bellavista captures easterly trade winds, yet is just a short walk down to the beach.
Privacy and local flavor are two things you won't get at the big resorts. This is where Bellavista shines.
Each self-contained floor is beautifully furnished with every possible amenity — including three bedrooms with ensuite baths, gourmet kitchens, TV & high speed internet, and large covered terraces with separate lounging and dining areas.
Our three one bedroom suites are nestled around the pool with stunning views of the ocean.
The 20’ x 40’ pool is surrounded by a large terrace where you can lounge and watch the activity in Anguilla’s largest harbour - Road Bay. The Pool Bar is a great meeting point for cocktails before going out or having hors d’oeurves before your al fresco dinner in the garden.
Bellavista is also within minutes of dozens of extraordinary restaurants, whether beach dining or haute cuisine.
It's amazing that a small island in the Caribbean would have so much sand!*
Pick a beach and get ready to swim, snorkle, fly a kite, bodysurf, sunbathe, snooze, grill, drink...
All Anguilla beaches are public, uncrowded and unspoiled. You never have to worry about finding the perfect place to put down and stake your patch of sand.
Each beach is marked by unique characteristics: rock and coral formations, picturesque tropical plants and even a shipwreck or two.
On Anguilla, you will find an incredible variety of beach restaurants, from shacks to bistros to 5-star luxury.
There is a beach for everyone's taste, for every kind of beach day, and for every mood.
“Many Caribbean islands would be grateful for just one of Anguilla’s powder-white beaches.” – Conde Nast Traveler
* The entire island is only 35 square miles.
"Our stay at Bellavista far exceeded our expectations. My boyfriend and I just returned from our second visit to Anguilla this year and our first stay at Bellavista.
The postcard views from the huge balcony overlooking the ocean are breathtaking!
During our 12 day stay, I slept out on the balcony many nights. I couldn’t resist the sounds of the ocean lulling me to sleep along with the soothing ocean breezes.

Each suite has it's own floor.
The three 2200 square-foot three-bedroom suites are located in the main villa — each with lots of space for lounging and relaxing.
The three one bedroom suites are located by the pool and outdoor terrace.
The Marilyn Suite is our more modern penthouse suite, considered by many to be the "Honeymoon Suite". The master bedroom is decorated with yards of silk and brocade. The view from the big balcony is absolutely breathtaking.
The Mikado Suite is our second floor suite decorated with traditional woods. Wake up to breakfast on the verandah and a breathtaking view.
The Miranda Suite is decorated in Plantation Style with lots of wood, slouchy slipcovers and neutral colours.
The Pool Suite offers the perfect option for two people looking for the amenities of a larger property but the privacy of their own villa. Features include a private terrace, kitchen and living area, large bedroom, and bathroom with outdoor shower.
The Poolside Studio offers direct access to the pool and outdoor bar, a kitchen and living area, king-size bed, and private bathroom including open layout modern shower.
The Oceanside suite, our newest addition to Bellavista, is built at the edge of a cliff with panoramic views of Sandy Ground right from your open living room.
"We settled in quickly to our roomy, beautifully furnished unit. Woke up to one of the best tropical views I've ever seen.
I've stayed at expensive resorts in many tropical/exotic destinations and they don't touch this. It's just unbelievable.

I have visited Anguilla every February with my family since 2002. This year, I went with two girlfriends and stayed in the suite on the third floor. The view is absolutely breathtaking! The unit itself has three bed rooms, each with an full bath--perfect for three women!
The unit is well stocked including every kitchen utensil you can imagine. There's even a gas grill to use on those nights when you want to eat in.
Ingrid is a lovely host and makes you feel as if you are a friend visiting her home. We have all sorts of future plans that include Anguilla and Bellavista!

"To us, this is 5-stars, but for people looking for the Viceroy...a totally different island experience. I prefer this.
Ingrid and Mikey are amazing and you can't beat the price for that view. Rent a car and explore this beautiful island
We love the third floor. Can't wait to go back!!!!

We keep going back! We first visited Bellavista several years ago and have returned many times since.
We have stayed in both the top and second floor suites and really have wanted for nothing! Our children love the pool and we love the hospitality and the pool-side bar!
Most of our now-favorite restaurants in Anguilla have been recommended to us by Ingrid, the owner. And, if you're lucky, Mikey will be around one night to mix you one of his famous rum punches (the best on the Island!).
Going back again this year!!
